Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioners for PRN shifts between July 26-November 24 at their Corporate Health clinic in Glenwood Springs, CO. Clinic sees ages 2+ for primary care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric screens. Clinic hours are Monday & Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm and Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. Current shift needs are in 2 slots as follows:
Slot 1: August 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, & 31, and September 1 & 2.
Slot 2: July 26, 27, 28, 29, & 30, September 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, & 29, October 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, & 27, and November 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, & 24.
