Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts between October 5-December 31 at onsite employee health center in Fort Morgan, CO. Provider will see ages newborn & up to provide acute episodic care, primary care, wellness exams & biometric screenings as well as drive-through COVID testing. Client prefers providers who are bilingual in English/Spanish or who can speak/understand Somali. Clinic hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, and 10:00am-7:00pm on Tuesday & Thursday, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care to qualify for this position. Exact shift needs are October 5, 8, 12, 15, 18-22, & 25-29; November 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-24, & 29-30; and December 1-3, 6-10, 13-17, 20-23, & 27-31.
