Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for September 30 and October 1, 4, 5, 6, & 7 at their Corporate Health clinic in Rifle, CO. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute episodic care, physicals, and biometric exams. This is a multi-provider clinic. Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience for this assignment.
