Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment August 9-October 29 at their onsite corporate health clinic in Edina, MN. Provider will see employees ages 16 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and occupational medicine needs including pre-hire health assessments, vaccine review, telephone triage assistance when needed, and providing assistance to RN if needed on workers comp injury cases. Primary Care services include UTI, strep, allergy injections, and preventative medicine. Provider will work with an RN and an MA as well as a Physician who is not on site. Hours are Tuesday-Friday and every other Monday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break, and provider can expect to see 8-10 patients per day on average. Client sees both same-day appointments and walk-in patients. Clinic uses Epic and OHM EMR systems, so provider should be tech savvy and be capable of quickly learning new systems. Clinic prefers providers with 2+ years of clinical experience.
