An established group in rural Alaska is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Full time position working Monday – Friday; 8:30a – 5:30p in clinic and rotate call in the evening and weekend with other providers and health aides. Travel to surrounding villages during the year to do village trips also required. NP can expect to see patients of all ages as they work with them, evaluating and treating moderately ill patients. Np can also expect to order and interpret lab and x-ray results with physician back up as required. 2+ yrs experience required as well as an active AK license and DEA license.
