DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage in Medford, Oregon. This outpatient clinic serves company employees and their families. The patient population is ages 2 and up. Credentialing is FAST, 1-2 weeks. If you can help, please call.
- Open Needs: Medford, OR: Ages 2+ for date of 12/26 8:30a-4:30p
- Future PRN needs possible
- Volume: 2-3 pts/hour

REQUIREMENTS:
- OR License and DEA
- Family Medicine/Primary Care/OccMed experience
- 3 years’ experience
