Job Description
FNP coverage needed – Geriatric NP for Primary care office
Provider needed for 2-3 months of full time coverage
AZ licensed – DEA preferred not required
Medicare Medicaid approved
Orientation for the first two weeks will be for 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday)
8-12 average patients per day
Client will prefer a provider with at least 3-5 years of experience with seniors
