Position Description

Seattle, Washington -- Seeking an excellent nurse practitioner with training or experience in Geriatric Medicine. Part-time position (0.5 FTE); outpatient setting; 8am-5pm schedule. Competitive compensation. One to two years of experience preferred. This is an excellent learning opportunity with the flexibility to work with supportive Geriatric Medicine colleagues. Providence ElderPlace is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. Our PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model keeps older adults as healthy as possible by providing services such as primary and specialty medical care, day health programs, social work services, rehabilitation, transportation and much more. With four conveniently located centers in the Seattle area, Providence ElderPlace provides and coordinates the services necessary for seniors to remain active in the community.
