Long term care group seeks a Nurse Practitioner to work in a state-of-the-art facility near Potsdam, NY. This is a full time, permanent position

Your Role with the Company:

• • Monday – Friday only; 8am-5pm, no weekends, no call.
  • Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to the residents, advanced skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in a homelike atmosphere, 160 beds total
  • You will have the ability to develop great long-term relationships with the patients in the facility

Background Profile:

• 1+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience with Adult/Geriatric patient load
• Not open to new graduates
