- Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner
- Must have 3-5 Years of Geriatric experience
- Geriatric patient panel
- Looking for someone passionate about Geriatric Medicine
- Outpatient only (Candidates must have recent outpatient exposure)
- Typical Day Census: 14 Patients
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am-5:30pm
- Call responsibilities: Phone Only
- Office Support: LPN, Front Desk, Office Manager
- 3 exam rooms
- Dedicated administrative time
- EMR: Athena
