A dedicated group in Western Oregon is looking to add a Geriatric/Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This is a full time position working Mon – Fri. No Call! Provider will complete comprehensive patient and family assessments to determine priority needs and collaborate with patient’s physician. May see occasional home visits.
