Job Description
Our client is seeking an NP to provide Primary health care to the geriatric underserved population with an occasional adolescent. Interested, Please Refer to JOB ID# 56286
- Full Time- Permanent Role
- Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview
- You will be managing a panel of chronic care ambulatory patients in an office-based setting
- Support staff- Case managers and medical assistant
- Duties include treating-CHF, IVF, HIV, underserved population, COPD/Asthma, patient education, and disease management
- Must be comfortable with the ability to treat the acutely ill in an outpatient setting offering IV hydration, IV antibiotics, wound care, and other services with the collaborating physician
- Please have 2 years of Outpatient primary care experience treating the underserved population
- PA license in hand
