Shift: 40 hours per week. Could be five 0830 -1700 shifts, or four 0800 – 1800 shifts

Job Description

Will perform visits in various Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes

Administer medications

Performs a variety of duties to care and comfort for patients requiring medical services

Prepare IVs, draw blood, give injections, and taking vital signs

Monitor the health of their patients and to make sure they are getting the proper care

Qualifications and Job Info

1-2 years of recent experience

BLS certification

Hospice experience required

Travel experience and comfortable traveling to different facilities

Active state license

Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
