COUMADIN CLINIC NURSE PRACTITIONER IN BEAUTIFUL SOUTHERN OREGON
Asante has a need for a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner in our Coumadin Clinic. The Nurse Practitioner for the Coumadin Clinic provides professional health services through providing anticoagulation assessments on patients that are taking Coumadin or Warfarin, including a review of symptoms. Working with a team of 3 other NPs, you will work at our clinics in Medford and Grants Pass, Oregon. This is a 0.75 position, working 60 hours per pay period. Shifts are 10 hours/day.

- Annual base compensation of $90,000

Experience: Must have experience providing care for patients requiring anticoagulation therapy using Coumadin, and administering Coumadin according to current evidence-based standards of practice. Experience in Coumadin therapy patient education is preferred.
