Job Description
Wintegrity is seeking Registered Nurses with experience in home health/home based care for our client located in Athens, Georgia.
This is a 13 week contract. Here are the details listed below: :
CLIENT: TRINITY HEALTHCARE
ST. MARY'S TRINITY HEALTHCARE, ATHENS, GA
STATUS: 13 WEEK CONTRACT
START: ASAP
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8;30am - 5pm / No weekends
WORK SETTING:
Home health covers 10 counties, RN will be assigned a geographical area and will be asked to cover 1 - 2 counties each day.
DUTIES
RN performs nursing duties contributing to the treatment and / or rehabilitation of patients under the direction of a physician. RN co-ordinates care with all participating in the patients individual plan of care. RN will also be asked to supervise and assist with the evaluation of home health aides and LPN's.
DESCRIPTION
Performs nursing duties contributing to the treatment and/or rehabilitation of the patient under the direction of the physician. Coordinates care with all services participating in the patient's plan of care. Supervises and assists with the evaluation process of the Home Health Aides and LPN’s.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from an approved and accredited school of nursing.
- Current Georgia Nursing License
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Clean Record
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- NCHB Software experience would be valuable but not required.
