- Full-time Perm
- House Calls - Schedule is Monday - Friday
- Knowledge of Clinical Standards of Care for Complex and Chronic Illnesses
- Duties to include, evaluations, follow-ups, medication management, and referrals as needed for Home or ALF
- Patients Per Day - 4-6 ppd about 45 minutes with each patient
- Board Certified - California Licensed in Hand or in the Process
