ABOUT THE AREA:
Located in Central Oregon just 1 hr to Portland, OR
ABOUT THE GROUP:
Group has been serving the community for over 40 years and they specialize in end of life and bereavement services. The group services many Skilled Nursing facilities, Home Health and Hospitals in the area.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Looking for a Hospice / Palliative Care NP
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
Will be rounding on SNF, Hospitals and doing Home visits
Average 10 - 14 patients / day
Currently running a census of about 168 patients
1:5 Call for weekends (mainly phone call)
