Amazing full-time Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant Skilled nursing facility position available in Northern New York about an hour east of Syracuse. The provider will be traveling to 1-2 different facilities. The ideal candidate will already be board certified and have some experience in Rehab, assisted living, or nursing homes. The average patient census is 15 - 20 per day. At this facility you will be joining one of the nation's leading health care organizations.
