Job details:
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including physicians, nurses, social workers, counselors, nurse aids, chaplains, and trained volunteers
- The dependable schedule offers work-life balance- Monday through Friday, 8A-5P
- Please have NC license in hand or in process
- The provider must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related setting and a Hospice/ Palliative Care certification
