Job Description
NP/PA Hospitalist shifts available in Greenville
- Large acute care hospital part of a regional health system
- Nocturnist shifts available starting in May; 7p-7a schedule
- Duties include triage calls, rounding on unstable patients and occasionally accept patients to the service from the ICU
- No ICU/Critical Care procedures
- Hospitalists do not run codes
- Night staffing includes 3 physicians and 4 APP’s
- Average admissions per provider are 8-9 on night shift
- EMR is Epic
- North Carolina license and ACLS/BLS required
- Currently open shifts:
- May: 1,2, 8-15, 20-23, 28 and 30
- July: 4-10, 17-19, 22-23 and 26-31
- August: 1, 5-7 and 19-27
- September: 1-5 and 8-20
