Job Description
- Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday | 9p - 7a | No Call OR Monday - Sunday| 7p-7a | 7 on 7 off | No Call
- Clinical Details:
- Typical Day: Assist Chautauqua Medical services with inpatient coverage.
- Avg Census: 10 - 15
- Rounding in AM and PM
- Avg Admissions while on call ( In-House ): 0-5 per night
- Patient mix: 80% Medical, 20% Surgical
- Provider will work solo
- Other specialties on-site: Physicians available for immediate collaboration
- Adult 100%
- EMR:
- Meditech
- Requirements:
- NY license Required
- Board Certified
- ACLS, BLS
- 1 year minimum experience
- Credentialing:
- Less than 3 months, ER Privileges available
- Other thoughts/ideas about candidates background
- Desired subspecialty: Breast
- Looking for PEDS and MSK
- Will consider more than 1 provider
