Job Description

This critical access hospital located in South Central Vermont is seeking a Daytime Hospitalist to work a seven on seven off type role. This position on average has a patient census of 18 ppd. The Hospitalist will medically manage patients admitted to Hospitalist Service. Will provide clinical oversight for all patients in Hospitalist Service during schedule hours and consults with specialty physicians as needed. Discharges patients and provides timely and quality discharge summaries, medication lists, outpatient care plans and expedites the transfer of information to the primary care provider. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of provider experience as a hospitalist.

There is no limit to outdoor entertainment in this area. From snowmobiling to fishing, every type of outdoorsman will be entertained in every season.
