About the POSITION:
- Hospitalist – Advanced Practice Provider
- Work in collaboration with physician to assess, diagnose, treat and manage patient needs
- Prepare and maintain patient documentation with high quality assurance
- Effectively communicate with patients and families for understanding of diagnosis and treatment plans
