Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with inpatient or Emergency medicine experience sought for a full-time Hospitalist position in a Western Connecticut hospital's Observation Unit.

Join an established hospitalist team providing inpatient care. This opportunity will allow you to use your full breadth of experience assessing and managing the care of a diverse patient panel within the observation unit, as well as interpreting diagnostic studies, laboratory tests and therapies. As an integral member of the hospitalist team, you will collaborate closely with the group and other hospital departments to help patients transition back to their primary care provider in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be able to provide valuable support to patients and their families on disease processes, follow-up care and medications and help them coordinate additional consultations or referrals.

CT license in hand - Required
Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
