Northern New Hampshire ~ Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist Job

  • Clinical Role:

    • Seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner
    • Experience Required: 3 Years (Experience in Rural or Critical Access Hospitals Preferred)
    • Schedule: Monday – Thursday; 9pm – 7am
    • Census: 8-10 per day
    • Strong support staff in place: MAs, RNs, LPNs, LNA Case Manager, Etc.
    • Requirements: EKG Interpretation, Initial CXE Interpretation, Intubation, Vent Management
    • ACLS & BLS Required from AHA
    • Codes are run by the Emergency Department
    • 25 – Bed Hospital
    • ICU has 3 Beds with an average daily census: 2
    • Patient Mix: 90% Adults, 10% Peds (85% Medicine, 14% Surgery, 1% Trauma
    • EMR: Meditech
    • Dragon dictation
    • Must have ACLS and BLS from the AHA (or willing to obtain)
