Infectious Disease NP/PA
• Seeking ongoing coverage as soon as possible
• Average of 10-20 patients per day
• Monday to Friday; 8a-5p
• Patients of all ages, however, most are over 50 years old
• General follow up with HIV patients and Primary Care of common co-morbidities
• STI testing onsite
• Attending to Ambulatory Care and Chronic Conditions
• Must have at least 2 years of HIV experience
• Must have AAHIVM or HIVMA HIV care certification
• Support Staff: 2 Clinical Coordinators RN's and Case Managers
• EMR: EPIC
