An established medical group serving the people north of Eugene OR is seeking an NP or PA to join their team. Full time, permanent position. Seeing patients of all ages, provider can expect cases to include urgent care, same-day or next day access. Candidate can also expect to provide interim co-management of chronic illness and conduct CMS annual wellness visits as needed. Ideal candidate will be a team player.
