Job Description
We are seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to take on an independent role providing primary care to homebound patients in New York City. Patient population is limited to Manhattan, New York. Working with your own individual team of nurses and social workers, you will deliver primary care to a panel of about 150 patients in New York City. Flexible hours with ample vacation time available, Including 401(k), health benefits, and year end bonuses.
