Rehabilitation Nursing Home
- Woodmere, NY
- NP/PA
- ASAP-ongoing (month to month)
- Monday-Friday 9-5
- Will consider part time
- 25% Adult, 75% Geriatrics (mostly age 60+)
- Average of 2 or 3 patients per hour
- Elderly Primary Care and Rehab
- No procedures
- Full support staff
- EMT- Sigma Care
- Mileage Reimbursement only
