About the POSITION:
- FT Nurse Practitioner
- Must have experience providing care for patients that required anticoagulation therapy
- NP will provide regular care and monitoring for patients taking prescription blood-thinning medication
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am to 5:30pm
