- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Days, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 24-hour shifts
- NRP and BLS needed and must have 5+ years of experience
- Level IV NICU with 8 NICU babies per shift
- Intubations, UAC/ UVC, bladder tap, urine catheters, arterial punctures, LPs, no ECMO or deliveries
- Hospital privileges needed
- DEA needed
