DESCRIPTION:
Coverage dates are December
Shift times - 7AM TO 7PM, OR 7PM TO 7AM
Dates:
9/22, 23, 29, 30, 2021
10/5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13 ,14, 2021
With additional dates as needed
PROCEDURES REQUIRED:
Procedures include: Intubation & Umbilical Lines, Chest-tube Placement, Lumbar Punc, etc.
Provide coverage for RICN Unit
REQUIREMENTS:
PA Active State License
DEA
BLS
PALS
Board Certification NCC
Two years of experience
Must be a Flight Nurse
BLS, CPR and NRP Certification Required
*Extensive Experience in Level III NICU Required*
Must obtain a Flight Physical prior to start:
-Audiometry
-Vision
-EKG
-Spirometry, prn
-10 panel drug screen (nonDot)
-LABL Chem 20, CBC platelet & diff
-Physical
