Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
12-18 months experience as a staff nurse in a Level II or Level III NICU. Demonstrated leadership characteristics and organizational skills. Verbal and written skills required. Ability to understand basics of computerized documentation. Demonstrated proficiency in the performance of therapeutic medical acts. Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
Required Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
