Job Description
Locum Source is working with a central Phoenix facility that is in need of a Neurosurgery PA or NP to help with clinic and call coverage.
DATES:
May 2, 2022 – Ongoing
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
Clinic plus rotating call
8am to 4pm
SETTING:
Clinic and Hospital
Inpatient/outpatient
Average 16 patients per day
EMR is Cerner at the hospital and Athena in clinic
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
No weekends and no call requirements
PROCEDURES:
Cranial Trauma
Cerebrovascular (aneurysm and stroke)
Spine discectomy/fusion
Moya Moya
Aneurysms
REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified
Active Arizona license
Prefer experience with supporting neurosurgeon for spine and endovascular patients
ACLS & BLS Certification
COVID Vaccination
Current DEA
RNFA
