Job Description
Asante Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Neurology team in Medford, Oregon. The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care services to established outpatient Neurology patients which includes assessment, diagnosis, development of treatment plans, implementation of treatment, and follow up. Additional responsibilities will depend on level of experience. Our growing Neurology team consists of 3 Neurologists, a PA, Practice Manager, and support staff.
Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center in Medford is a regional referral hospital and level II trauma center that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. This 378-bed hospital is a state-of-the-art facility.

We are offering:
- Annual base salary of $120,000 per year
- Performance incentives up to $20,000 per year starting in year 2
- $10,000 - $15,000 signing bonus DOE
- $10,000 relocation assistance
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- 30 days of authorized time off per year

Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Provider practicing in Neurology is required. Candidate must possess a strong understanding of Neurology medicine.
