Job Description

Client in Napa CA is seeking a full-time, permanent Nurse Practitioner for their Neurology unit
* Competitive salary and benefits
* Two years clinical experience, including care of neurosurgical patients.
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Master of Science in nursing degree or higher, major in the Acute Care or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program.
* Active California NP license
* Maintains a current Furnishing Number for medications
* Maintains a current DEA license for schedule 2 drugs and above or can achieve within 60 days of hire.
* ACNP Certification
* BLS and ACLS certification
* NP must demonstrate current knowledge and skill in providing appropriate care for patients in the following age groups: Adult, and Geriatric
