This facility is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support.
Details & requirements for this opportunity are as follows:
DESCRIPTION:
- Start ASAP for 3 months with option to extend
- Schedule is Monday & Tuesday 7a-3p and 10a-6p Wednesday & Thursday
- 15-20 patients per day
- Primary Care setting at a worksite
- Must be able to see ages 6 and up
- Minimum 2 year experience required for all candidates listed on CV
REQUIREMENTS:
GA State License
DEA
BLS
