Job Description
Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Occupational Medicine coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Indiana state license. Schedule includes various dates and shifts available. Preference to local candidate. Will see 12-15 patients per day, depending on the day and patient population is all ages. Must be comfortable with suturing. Will be solo provider.
