Location: King City, CA or Soledad, CA

Overview:
Our practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as a solo provider in a full-time outpatient clinical setting. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends, focusing on urgent care and occupational medicine services. You will provide independent patient care across a range of acute injuries and minor procedures in a structured clinical environment.

Position Offers:
• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM)
• Solo provider role
• No nights or weekends
• Competitive compensation: $150K–$187K with future productivity bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat urgent care and occupational medicine patients
• Manage eye injuries, orthopedic injuries, and minor acute conditions
• Perform suturing, joint injections, and minor procedures
• Provide treatment for sick visits and non-emergent injuries
• Conduct occupational health evaluations, including DOT-related services
• Deliver patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in an outpatient setting
• Document patient encounters accurately in medical records

Qualifications:
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
• Willingness to obtain DOT certification
• Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or related clinical settings preferred
• Strong ability to work independently as a solo provider
