Job Description
Locum Source is assisting a small community hospital in New Hampshire that is seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Occupational Health experience on a part time basis this spring and summer.
DATES: May – ongoing
SCHEDULE:
Thursday – Saturday from 9 am – 9 pm
OR
Sunday – Tuesday from 9 am – 9 pm
SETTING: 25 bed critical access hospital
Looking for a provider who can do the following:
Pre-employment physicals
Follow up and return to duty testing
DOT physicals
REQUIREMENTS: Long term, ongoing availability, active New Hampshire license
Locum Source will cover the cost of your travel, housing, state license, and malpractice insurance policy for the work you do through us.
