Provider’s Role with the Company:

• Role with be taking over for an NP that has run the practice for 10+ years and scaling back for retirement, great training and orientation involved by provider
• Flexibility in weekly schedule, can be 32-40 hours
• Seeing 8-10 patients per day with case management, correspondence and communications involved
• Provider can take on suturing, splinting, casting, etc. by choice

Background Profile:

• Nurse Practitioner / NP only
• License and Board Certification in state of Vermont or pending
• Preferred DOT cert after work commences, not required at start
