(Archived) Occupational Health Position for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Hampshire
Job Description
A client based in NH is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant for Occupational Health position for a provider that is going on medical leave. Provider will work Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 to 4:00. The client needs a provider with an active New Hampshire license and DEA. Client is looking for a provider with occupational heath, suturing & a orthopedic background. Provider must have a ACLS and BLS and it's preferred that they have a DOT certification, and 2+ years of experience. - Board Certification, NH state license and current DEA required
- Provider will work Monday through Wednesday 8:00 to 4:00
- Will work solo with support staff
- Comfortable with suturing & orthopedic skillset
- Will see 8 to 15 patients daily
- Must have BLS and DOT is preferred
- 2+ years of experience, background in occupational health
