Start December 1st for 4 months
Monday thru Saturday Schedule
Onsite Clinic at a business
Seeing all ages – Employee’s and their families
Must be able to perform Phlebotomy and work independently
Must have 3 year of Primary Care experience with some OccMed/Urgent Care
REQUIREMENTS:
IN Active State License
DEA
BLS
