Job Description
Client seeks Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time Permanent position at Occupational Medicine clinic in Odessa. Provider will see patients for minor work injuries, physical examinations, pre-employment testing, vaccinations, etc. Office hours are 9:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday; no call required. Looking for candidates with Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or ER experience. Must be comfortable suturing, diagnosing orthopedic injuries, & reading x-rays. Clinic has Medical Assistants to assist in front and back office, x-ray techs, and Physical Therapists for rehab as needed. Provider must be able to see up to 40 patients per day on average, including appointments and walk-ins; current Texas license, DEA, and DOT Certification is required for this position. Competitive annual salary of up to $140k based on experience plus monthly performance bonus plus medical, dental, life, 401k, paid malpractice, license/permit reimbursement, PTO days, CME days plus reimbursement, etc.
