(Archived) NP needed in Indiana for Occupational Medicine coverage
Job Description
Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Occupational Medicine coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Indiana state license. Shifts will be either 1 day a week from 7a-4p, (Monday or Thursday), or two half days/week: Tue 7a-12p and Fri 12p-4p. Local candidate only. Will see 10-15 patients per day, depending on the day and patient population is ages 18 and older. Must be comfortable with Nutritional weight loss/diabetic training and annual physicals.
