Job Description

Cross Country Locums is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to help cover an Occupational Medicine need in the Milwaukee, WI area.

Requirements: Active WI license, DEA, DOT Certification & 2 years experience

Dates: January 10 - April 29, 2022 (With Possible Extension)

Coverage Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

Duties: Employee Physicals, Work Related Injuries, DOT, Etc.

Worksite Setting: Free Standing Clinic
