Shift hours: 8a-5p for clinic, 24 hours for call

Call required: Yes; 1:2 or 1:4 depending on number of available providers

Schedule: Mon-Fri clinic with weekend/night call

Specific Dates Open: Fulltime starting ASAP - Sept.

Patient population/caseload: 10-16 ppd 95% adult with 5% peds

Staff on Shift: Call is first assist. 1-2 physicians
