Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: In accordance with professional standards of care and adhering to corporate philosophy of OSFMG, the advanced practice nurse/physician assistant shall be responsible for: Providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF. Providing such professional Advanced Practice services. Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided to the Practice and its patients. Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by Provider or other support staff. Exercising diligence in assisting the Ministry CEO in keeping costs of the Practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients. Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to patients of the Practice and the OSF Hospital aligned to the patient's preferences, goals and needs.
Job Specifics
- Excellent work/life balance practice seeks APN or PA
- No call or weekends, inpatient consults possible
- Enjoy a combination of clinic and hospital work, which includes in assisting in surgery with our head & neck surgeon
- A leader in community-based health care and an expanding care team of
- Epic electronic health record is utilized in OSF inpatient and outpatient
- Located at the Center for Health on Rt. 91
