We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice part time in Albuquerque, NM. We are opening a new, state of the art clinic and we are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to coordinate and direct patient care as the primary healthcare provider within our medical clinic.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to making a difference in their patient base and community by returning mobility and pain-free function to those suffering from degenerative joint diseases such as osteoarthritis of the knee(s), without the use of drugs or surgery. About us:

Our facility provides non-surgical alternatives for those suffering from chronic knee pain associated with Osteoarthritis. We provide alternative treatment options to improve patients’ quality of life, returning their mobility and freedom to enjoy life without the use of opioids or scheduled drugs. We have a friendly, welcoming healthcare team and support staff in our up-scale outpatient office setting. Our team collaborates to provide high-quality comprehensive care plans so that our patients receive the most up-to-date treatments, getting safe and effective pain relief and improving patient satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Primary point of Care for patients
  • Patient exams/evaluations (PMH, HPI, review pertinent reports/imaging/records)
  • Order and review pertinent imaging/reports/labs
  • Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
  • Medical and pharmacological management (DME)
  • Order and perform medical procedures (outpatient injections under guidance utilizing the latest imaging technology)
  • Documentation/charting -timely and accurate
  • Collaboration with the Medical Assistants and other support staff members for comprehensive patient care
  • Patient education as to treatment plan options, diagnosis, and lifestyle modifications

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (NP)
  • NP license in NM
  • NO prescriptive authority is required as not opioids or scheduled drugs are utilized at the facility
  • NPPES Registered with a valid NPI number

Schedule:

  • Part time
  • NO on-call or weekends!

Compensation:

  • $50-$60 per hour to start plus bonuses
