We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care center group full time in Brooklyn (Cobble Hill), NY. We are looking to fill a Full-time position. You will find a supportive and welcoming team to work alongside you within our fast-moving Urgent Care Center. The provider will be required to see and treat a wide variety of health care issues in patients of all ages in our busy center.

We provide services such as, physical exams, pediatric care, onsite labs, x-rays and diagnostic imaging, immunizations, occupational health, and treatment of acute/unexpected injuries and illnesses. We offer affordable care with minimal wait times, advanced technology diagnostics, licensed professionals, and supportive staff in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Duties:
- Performs and documents history and physicals of walk-in patients
- Evaluates and treats common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma
- Performs in-office minor procedures
- Orders X-rays and review and other diagnostic tests as needed
- Consistently and accurately documents all calls, treatments, medications, etc. in patient chart
- Instructs and counsels patients regarding diagnosis and follow up steps
- Responds to all patient questions
- Assists physicians in addressing urgent patient needs as necessary
- Collaboration with the physicians, midlevel providers, and support staff for comprehensive care
- Performs other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner Degree graduating from an Accredited Program
- Unrestricted License in NY
- Prefer 1 year experience in Urgent Care but will also accept ER and Family Med experience
- Must be CPR certified (or able to obtain prior to start)
Salary: Full-time
- $70-$100 per hour (DOE)
